Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use Statxt, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.

The standard we follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA on statxt.com and in the Statxt web app.

What we do

Check our pages with automated accessibility tools.
Support keyboard navigation with visible focus and a skip-to-content link.
Label images, buttons, and form fields for screen readers.
Respect your system's reduced-motion setting.
Fix reported barriers as part of our regular releases.

Known limitations

The product tour video on our home page does not have captions yet.
Some gray secondary text and green links on light backgrounds fall below the minimum color contrast. We are fixing them.
Some interactive demos in the Help Center play automatically and may be hard to follow with a screen reader. Each one is described in the text around it.

Report a barrier

If something on Statxt is hard or impossible for you to use, email support@statxt.com. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within five business days, and we can help you get what you need another way while we fix it.
