Campaign Reports
See how a campaign performed: how many texts were delivered, which ones failed and why, who replied, and who texted STOP. Then turn what you learn into a follow-up list.
How it works
- 1
Open a campaign
Pick any sent campaign in All Campaigns to open its details.
- 2
Read the numbers
Recipients, delivered, failed, skipped and STOP replies at a glance.
- 3
Dig into Reports
List every failed recipient, or every reply, for one campaign.
- 4
Act on replies
Sort replies by sentiment and add those contacts to a group.
STEP 01
Open a campaign from All Campaigns
Go to Campaigns → All Campaigns. Click any campaign in the list and its Campaign Details panel opens beside it.
- Filter the list by status: All, Sending, Completed, Paused, Failed or Cancelled.
- Search by campaign name to find an older send.
- The Delivered column shows each campaign’s delivery rate. Drafts don’t appear here.
- Click Close to hide the details panel again.
STEP 02
Read the headline numbers
The top of Campaign Details shows who you targeted and what happened to each message.
- Recipients is the number of contacts the campaign targeted.
- Delivered and Sent Segments count segments, the pieces a longer text is split into when it’s sent. Delivered also shows the segment delivery rate.
- STOP replies counts contacts who opted out, shown as a share of delivered.
- Delivery breakdown splits every message into Delivered, Sent, Failed, Skipped and Pending. Cost shows the campaign’s outbound spend.
STEP 03
Check skipped and recent activity
Skipped contacts were never texted, for example because a safety check filtered them out. Failed messages were attempted but didn’t get through.
- Click Download skipped CSV for a file of every skipped number with its skip reason.
- Recent Activity lists the latest recipients with their status and any error message.
- On an A/B campaign, each recent row shows which variant that contact received.
STEP 04
Sort replies by sentiment
Sentiment analysis reads each reply and labels it Positive, Neutral or Negative. Use it to find the people worth a follow-up.
- Click Run analysis to label replies that haven’t been analyzed yet.
- Coverage shows how many replies have a label so far. Run it again after more replies come in.
- Labels are automated and can be wrong. Review them before you target anyone.
- Pick Positive replies or Negative replies, choose a group (or type a name to create one), then click Add to group.
STEP 05
List every failed recipient
For the full picture of what didn’t go through, open Reports → Campaign Failures. Pick a campaign and click Run report.
- The summary shows Messages sent, Failed recipients and the Top error.
- The table lists each failed contact with their phone, status, the carrier or processing error, and when it was processed.
- Results show 50 rows per page. Use Prev and Next to move through them.
STEP 06
See who replied and who went quiet
Reports → Campaign Replies shows, for one campaign, each contact’s delivery status, how many times they replied, and when.
- Filter by All recipients, Replied, Delivered, no reply, or Failed outbound.
- Delivered, no reply is a ready-made list of people to follow up with.
- Each row shows the outbound status, when it was sent, the reply count and the last reply time.
Pro tips
Get more out of Campaign Reports
Failed vs. skipped
Failed means the text was attempted but not delivered. Skipped means Statxt never sent it, for example because of a safety filter.
Watch STOP replies
A jump in STOP replies is a sign the message, timing or audience needs another look before your next send.
Follow up on silence
Use the Delivered, no reply filter in Campaign Replies to find people who got the text but haven’t answered.
Build lists from replies
Add positive repliers to a group from Campaign Details, then send them a targeted follow-up campaign.
Clicks live here too
If you used tracking links, Campaign Details also shows clicks and CTR. See the Tracking Links guide for details.
Testing two messages?
A/B campaigns add an A/B Performance section with reply rates per variant. See the A/B testing guide.
Common questions
Where do I see how a campaign did?
Open Campaigns → All Campaigns and click the campaign. Campaign Details shows recipients, delivered and sent segments, failures, STOP replies, sentiment and recent activity.
Why is my delivered count higher than my recipient count?
Delivered and Sent Segments count segments, not messages. A long text that splits into two segments counts twice.
Can every teammate see every campaign in Reports?
Owners and admins see reports for the whole workspace. Other roles see only the campaigns and messages they sent themselves.
How do I find out why texts failed?
Open Reports → Campaign Failures, pick the campaign and click Run report. Each failed recipient is listed with the carrier or processing error.
